based in Minneapolis, MN. At CloseSimple, we help Title & Escrow
companies provide an elevated experience throughout the life of a
Real Estate transaction. We build the software and systems that
power the most efficient closing companies in America, connecting
Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders, and Attorneys to ensure
everyone stays in the loop and on the same page. We are seeking a
Sales Director to lead our sales team to success while driving hard
to close deals.What You'll DoSales Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve
and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team,
fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee daily sales operations, streamlining processes to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to organize and manage the
company Hubspot instance.
- Create and monitor sales metrics and KPIs, using data to track
performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.Sales
Execution:
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and collaborate with
the customer experience team to effectively close
opportunities.
- Drive prospecting and account management initiatives to expand
our client base and increase market share.
- Plan and participate in industry conferences and events to
generate leads and promote our brand.What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a
related field.
- Proven experience in Sales/Business Development ideally within
a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in the Title/Escrow industry or adjacent
industries.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with experience in HubSpot
