Job Description:
Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users
remotely through all intake methods.
- Assist Incident Management and the EOC with notification and
resolution during system/application outages
- Resolve work orders following documented steps and training
- Service desk, Windows, Customer service, Troubleshooting,
Password reset, Phone support, help desk support, windows 10,
active directory, ServiceNow

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic
equipment and computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management
software, desktop communications software, operating system
software and internet directory services software.
- Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices and
procedures
