Job Summary:

At Ashley Furniture, we're looking for a talented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate or assist in operating machines and various hand tools in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Accurately record production information using a scanner, computer, or by hand.
• Inspect parts for defects, repair if possible, and inform appropriate personnel of non-conforming parts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  Requirements:
  
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the meaning of basic communications.
  • Ability to learn basic computer and scanning systems.
  • Physical ability to remain on your feet in an upright position and move about on foot for the duration of your shift.
  • Basic counting and math skills.
