Job Summary:

Holden Farms, Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of livestock. Your primary duties will include:

--- Conducting thorough pre and post-trip inspections of trucks and trailers to ensure they are in good working condition.
--- Safely operating a semi-truck/trailer to transport livestock, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
--- Loading and unloading animals from livestock trailers, taking care to minimize stress and ensure animal welfare.
--- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing out trailers daily.

Requirements:

--- A valid Class A CDL with a good driving record.
--- A current DOT medical card.
--- More than a year of experience in a similar role.

Physical Demands:

The successful candidate must be able to stand and sit for extended periods, frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel, and lift up to 55lbs. They must also be comfortable working in various conditions, including heat, cold, and dusty environments.
