Job Description:
A company is looking for a Carrier Connection Specialist to
manage integrations between their product and insurance
carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tasks and activities related to the implementation of new
carrier integrations and post-production support
Collaborate with insurance carriers, technical teams, clients, and
stakeholders to address complex issues and escalations
Enhance processes and automation to improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a
related role
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or
Insurance
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams
Experience managing a dashboard of tasks and organizing project
deliverables
G-Suite experience
