Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Generalist to support their
People Team in managing various aspects of the employee
lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support People Business Partners with data management, reporting,
and employee lifecycle processes
Manage contingent worker processes and employment verifications for
North America and LATAM
Assist in policy development, event planning, and employee
engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
preferred
5+ years of experience in a People Operations role
Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday
Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
