Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to drive user research for their SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
Define, plan, and execute impactful research throughout the product life cycle
Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and advocate for a customer-first approach

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user research for SaaS products
Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
Experience working in an Agile environment
B2B experience
Knowledge of user analytics and research tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UserTesting, etc.)
