• Required Certifications: WI RN license - AHA BLS

  • Registered Nurse, Long Term Care
  • Contract Length: 8 weeks
  • Shift Requirements: Variable shifts - day, PM, night. 8 and 12-hour shifts
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years previous experience
  • Charting Experience: ECS - not required, they will train
  • Unit Specific Skillset: Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong medication administration skills

      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: Variable shifts - day, PM, night. 8 and 12-hour shifts
      • Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holidays
        • Unit Specific Information
        • 2 Units: Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents. Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds. 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift)

          • Float Requirements: Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit
          • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
          • Scrubs: Any scrubs. Must be clean and work appropriate
