This role is responsible for patient education, the delivery of preventative and periodontal dental treatment, and patient database collection and documentation.Responsibilities:Clinical Requirements: A current Minnesota or Wisconsin Hygienist License (dependent on location) Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide analgesia in Minnesota and/or Wisconsin Current CPR certification obtained through the American Heart Association health care provider course, the American Red Cross professional rescuer course, or an equivalent course.Work Schedule:Option of PT benefit eligible or FT benefit eligible depending on candidate's desires. Could select any working hours within the hours listed below.Monday: 6:30am-2:15pmTuesday: 6:30am-5:15pmWednesday: 12:30pm-8:15pmThursday: 6:30am-2:15pmFriday: 6:30am-4:15pmCompany Information: We love our communities!
